BetterChoices Healthy Lifestyle & Weight Loss Program will teach, motivate, and empower you to create a healthy lifestyle, finally lose the weight and change your life! The program gives you the expert help, lifestyle & weight loss tools, and daily motivation & inspiration you need to be successful in your new lifestyle transformation!

Our 12-week (3 months) lifestyle workshop will guide you through the process of changing your thought process and teach you the steps to creating a healthier lifestyle, raise your awareness about your choices, habits, activity, and empower you to make small changes & betterchoices every day. The program focuses on all three critical areas of creating a healthier lifestyle and losing weight: truth, tracking, & activity.

Our Healthy Lifestyle Program is offered online for your convenience! Enjoy weekly video sessions with Eric and Maleka, as well as, weekly LIVE webinars and member interaction (via online or phone), online support and exclusive access to our full member’s website.

Creating a lifestyle change requires you to take steps and make a self-commitment to change your life. It is a process of changing your mindset or thought process. It’s understanding that you are not making a short-term change, you are making a LIFESTYLE change. We will help you eliminate the “I don’t knows,” which are your pre-approved excuses to evade your accountability and responsibility of making the betterchoice.

How We Define Healthy Lifestyle:

Lifestyle is defined as a way of life or style of living that REFLECTS the attitudes and values of a person or group. Let’s break it down into some more specific terms:

1. A Way of Life or Style of Living: How do you live now? Are you living the best you can or the best you KNOW how? There is a difference between what we know and what we do. The truth is, we can only do what we know. In order to do something different, we have to LEARN and IMPLEMENT something different.

2. Reflects the Attitudes and Values of a Person or Group: Have you thought about what you reflect to others? What you reflect back to yourself? What does your current lifestyle (eating & exercise habits) say about you? What about the group you associate with? Is everybody healthy? Is ANYBODY healthy? Does your inner circle of family and friends reflect the same habits & CHOICES about their health as you? The people we associate with REFLECT who we are to ourselves.

Through our lifestyle coaching program, we will empower you to change your thought process, focus on your goals, and implement actions that will move you forward.

PROGRAM/COURSE OUTLINE:

Online Access: Log in every week to find your course material.

Pre-Assignments: You’ll find downloadable materials from the BetterChoices Healthy Lifestyle Session Workbook to help you focus on your healthier lifestyle, weight loss & lifestyle goals.

Video Sessions: During our 12-week (3 months) course, we will deliver the BetterChoices Healthy Lifestyle “In Session” course lessons via several pre-recorded videos every week. You will receive an email indicating the release of the weekly lesson. You can then log in at anytime to view your lesson – making the course easy to fit into your weekly schedule.

Course Assignments: This is your “TO DO” list. Each week, we will provide you with assignments, ideas, or challenges to complete prior to the Live Webinar/Q&A sessions.

LIVE Webinar/Q&A Sessions: We will host a Live Webinar on Mondays or Wednesday nights. We will be available to chat and answer any questions or address any concerns or challenges during this time.
