Makes: 4-6 servings
• 3-4 golden potatoes, sliced into wedges
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp granulated garlic
• 2 tsp fresh parsley
• 1/4c shredded Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425F. Spray baking pan(s) with non-stick cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic, parsley, & cheese. Set aside.
Place potato wedges in large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil. Sprinkle wedges with seasoning mix. Toss to coat well. Place potato wedges in single layer on baking pan skin side down. Bake for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Sprinkle with additional parsley. Enjoy!
