Crab Rangoons

Makes: 8-10 servings

  • 4oz low fat cream cheese
  • 1 5oz can crabmeat, drained & flaked
  • 1 small avocado, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 green onions, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce (optional)
  • 1 48ct package wonton wrappers

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except wonton wrappers. Mix well.

Place 1 tsp of crab filling in center of wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water. Fold in half to form triangle, pressing edges to seal. (Refer to wonton wrapper for folding diagram)

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange rangoons on baking sheet. Spray rangoons with cooking spray.

Bake at 425F for 5-8 minutes per side or until golden brown.
