This simple, cold Mexican-style tomato salsa is easy to prepare. Whether you like a blended salsa or a chunky salsa, this recipe will surely bring joy to your taste buds! Serve on tacos, sandwiches, wraps, or salad toppings. Great with bite size tortilla chips too. Enjoy! Makes 2 cups.
- 1lb fresh ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp ground or dried and crushed oregano
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Refrigerate until used. Enjoy!
