Healthy Snacks Under 30 Minutes
Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares
Ingredients:
Makes 6 servings
6 Honey Maid® honey graham crackers, full sheets, divided in halves
4 tbsp peanut butter
2 squares Bakers® Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate squares, melted
almond slices
Directions:
Break graham cracker in half and spread 1 tsp peanut butter on each graham half sheet.
Put in freezer for 5 minutes.
Melt chocolate squares according to directions.
Remove graham squares from freezer.
Drizzle a dime size amount of chocolate on each square. Working quickly, swirl chocolate until it spreads close to edges.
Top with almond slices.
Place in freezer to set. *Understand, it's HARD to eat just one! Be very aware when you fix these...they are deliciously dangerous!
