SessionTime is an online self guided course and group health coaching program that will teach you the essential basics of creating a nutritional balance to better support overall health, optimal wellness, and sustainable weight loss.
This course will raise your awareness on nutrition and teach you how to identify your lifestyle tipping points, those small things that are making a big difference in your health and weight loss challenges.
- This is a 4-week online course consolidated into 7 course modules. Each module covers specific nutrient targets, weekly tracking, and activity goals. Resources such as recipes, sample meal plans, shopping lists, and workout recommendations will be available through our app for download.
- Private and group chat support will be available through the BetterChoices app to provide ongoing feedback, individual and group check-ins, online chat, weekly tracking feedback, additional support, motivation, accountability, and exclusive resources available throughout the course.
- We will also be available by email or chat to answer any questions you may have throughout this 4-week program. Our goal is to help support and motivate you along this journey of better health and optimal wellness.
Who this course is for:
- This course is for anyone recently diagnosed or living with high/elevated blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, IBS, fatty liver, sleep apnea, or any other chronic illness/symptoms related to poor lifestyle habits.
- This course is for anyone diagnosed in a “PRE” health status and advised to lose weight and make some lifestyle changes. Think optimal blood work, health, & overall wellness.
- This course is for anyone who knows they need to make lifestyle and dietary changes but struggle with getting started.
Computer requirements: Any computer with an internet connection. An email will be sent the day before your group’s session with log-in instructions.
