Join us for SessionTime. It is a 2-hour live video session with health coaches Eric & Maleka Beal. You will learn how to create balance between your lifestyle demands, nutritional needs, & fitness goals. This session emphasizes nutritional and lifestyle tipping points and provides a detailed step-by-step approach to creating a healthier lifestyle balance.
SessionTime will be conducted exclusively online via video or phone access. There will be a 15 minute Q&A after each session. Enrollment is limited to 10 participants per session.
Computer requirements: Any computer with an internet connection. An email will be sent the day before your group’s session with log-in instructions.
