Makes: 4 servings
- 4 small zucchini, spiralized (pat dry)
- 2 small sweet onions, spiralized
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4-6 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbs low sodium garlic soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
Heat olive oil in medium skillet or wok.
Add onions and saute for 4-5 minutes or until onions are tender. Stir in zucchini and continue to cook for addition 2-4 minutes. Add chicken and sauce. Mix well and cook 5-8 minutes or until zucchini is tender. Stir in sesame seeds. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
