Enjoy this delicious smoothie for breakfast or pre/post workout.
Makes: 2 servings
• 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1/2 cup bananas (fresh or frozen)
• 4 scoops (2 servings) protein powder
• 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
• 2 cups ice (if using frozen fruit, you can omit ice)
Combine strawberries, banana, and almond milk. Blend well. Add protein powder and blend for additional minute. Adjust thickness by adding additional almond milk. Enjoy!
